REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Velocity Grappling, we strive to provide a flexible and fair membership structure. Please review the following policy regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Membership Structure

All memberships are month-to-month and billed on a recurring basis.

Memberships begin on the agreed-upon start date and continue until canceled.
2. Cancellations

Memberships may be canceled at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.

Written notice may be submitted by email to information@velocitygrappling.com or in person at the front desk.

Cancellations requested with fewer than 7 days’ notice may result in one additional billing cycle.
3. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable.

Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for unused time, missed classes, or non-attendance.

A 3.75% transaction fee applies to all electronic payments and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exceptions may only be made where required by law.
4. Promotions & Founding Member Pricing

Promotional pricing (including founding member rates) are valid only as long as the membership remains active.

Canceling and rejoining at a later date may forfeit promotional pricing.
5. Events & Special Programs

Separate refund or cancellation policies may apply to seminars, workshops, or special events. These will be listed at the time of registration.
